The walk & death animation are strange, other than that it works perfectly. But it lacks team colour as well.

Strange means that it's a piece of ****, bad, simple? or it means that it's very ORIGINAL? (never sawn before and that's why it's strange?) HUH? YOU WANNA PIECE OF :ugly:?
Adlast, You've putten more weapons on it, those with only one weapon looked bad because the Legs are big and there's only a little machine gun, should need more proportion like this one, but actually they're all great, can be used and mech-crusaders maps (or how are they called), can be used like standart cheap units with light ammunition

Erm... I meant morbid?

(That model would be incredibly tall if it stretched out its legs instead of bendin' its legs)
 
Death and Decay are very smart animations! I really like 'em. But there are some general faults as:
- Walk anim shouldn't go underground and the bone_pelvis should move up and down, along with all the body. Some impact forcing down the other bones would be good too.
- In many anims the legs move along with the knees and feet, making it slip on the floor up and down, or to the sides. Add keyframes on the feet to fix them to the ground
- You should get rid of those line emitters too, add lenght, width, some cone angle and reduce the speed
