My part:
- Attached Camera to the model
- Renamed all the animations properly
- Optimized the model and it's texture
- Configured the texture import path
Update 01.12.2024:
- I didn't like the fact that the HP bar was floating way too above the model
- I removed old resize settings
- Rescaled the Model proper way with Retera Model Studio
- Reattached the Camera
- Recalculated extents
