Folder Background - XP and Vista

This bundle is marked as substandard. It may contain bugs, not perform optimally or otherwise be in violation of the submission rules.
This tool originates from here

Just a simple to use tool to make a folder background. You can also change the color of filenames in the folder.

IMPORTANT: Vista version is not tested succesfully. May not be working: read the Readme.

    oo looks nice good for organizing your folders the coloring. trying now...
    only works for XP? :/ i got vista wonder if i can do that without the program. but yeah good program :) 4/5 for approval

    ah thank you :D as i tried to do it normally but it seems its also disabled in vista. you can change the icon but thats all.

    So? It's put in Misc/Other "Useful". It doesn't need to be useful, it's just for fun.

    jw can you change the color of each folder individually? im probably gonna use it to organize my stuff. well when the vista version comes out :p

    ah doesnt work for me :/ tested both 32 and 64 bit versions.
    i get this error with 32 which is what i have.
    RegSvr32
    The module .......VistaFolderBackround.dll
    was loaded but the call to DllRegisterServer failed
    with error code 0x80070005.

    the dots are the location.

    Aww, hell no. Well, this was expected since it worked on 1/10 PC's and barely even that.
