I want to make a floating text there always shall be on the same position on the screen.
If somebody know how i do plz tell me

Just use the function Game - Create Floating Text at Point.

Events - Timed event - Elapsed game time is 0.01 seconds

Conditions -

Actions - Floating Text - Create floating text at <your region here> reading <Your message here>
