Favorite StarCraft characters?

Nomad is early model of Raven. They cahnged both model and name.
I just tryed modelswaping the Raven with Portjunker's model on Cortex RP, and hey, it looks perfect with all those abilities!

Yes. Because the Port Junker model is the model of Nomad and Nomad was the early stage of Raven.

Though I'm not sure what the qork animation was for. All the Raven's abilities are casted instantly.

Well missions with civilians were best, always squad entering some facility. Best is the mission when you kill Alexei Stukov with Duran. Though can't remember if civilians were there...

Ahhh but Archons have learned the power of . Ok it was fixed with patch but still possible. I'd like to see dark templars do it.

Crazy strategies always tend to have crazy names.

You mean that mission with "I hate computers" thing? You know, some marine comes to computer, that denies acess and activates turrets, and marine says he hates computers. Yes, I recall there were civilians. Firstly you had to stop them entering Goliaths, then you could force one to repair your vehicles with an SCV.

Oh you are right. Best mission ever had Goliaths, evil civilians, broken computers (Marine couldn't even find "any key"), killing an officer and secret zerg attack.

Yea... that was epic. I seriously hope we'll someday see that marine guy again.

Sadly those were the coolest terran ever, the UED marines...We shall never see them again...

UED marines... I honestly hope UED are fine and are not beeing eaten by fourth race or something. Let's just say they'll solve their problems and will come at least in the final expansion.

UED could be basically 5th race as they never actually call them selves terran. Plus we can assume that they can have way better technology as they have been away from all the starcraft wars (except Brood War but they just sent 1 fleet and look at damage they done).

Yea, UED surely are epic. Still, they sent all those colonists because they had resource and overpopulation problems, so I can't say everything is going well to them.
Still, their technology... is epic.

That was ages ago, who can say how many planets UED controls in their own systems? Heck they might have contact with some other alien empires.

Other alien empires? unlikely. Though since UED was able to monitor the ancestors of people they sent away centuries ago, and was able to send a force that posed a threat to all the three races, I say they are faring well in economy.

Well nobody ever said protoss and zerg are only alien species in whole galaxy... just one sector really.

the only real "new race" here would be hybrids.. UED are still just humans
