Extrodinarily weird thing keep happening WHY!

Ok im developing this spell sorta like arkswords impale and ram thing. When i make the unit play his death animation he splits into 2!!! 2 units! One plays the animation the others frozen its so weird has anyone else had this problem and how do i fix it HELP.

One Question: Do you use dummy units? And if you do, is the dummy unit invisible if you want it to be invisible or the spike form itself? That could cause two units... Hope that's the problem.

I fixed it, i really dont know what went wrong.
And no i dont use dummy units.
