how can you make one unit be first person, like youre able to see what it sees, and make it be stuck like that

Create a camera first and adjust its properties very carefully
place it near the unit

With triggers, apply camera object to unit.

I'm bad with cameras but I experimented on them for 2 hours...

Yes, I do (I've done it while experimenting on cameras)
So its a " first person view " right?

Set the camera properties I think first:

Target X = 1125.00
Target Y = -570.52
Z offset = 100.0
Rotation = 200
Angle of Attack (AoA) = 350
Distance = 100
Roll = 0.00
Field of View (FoV) = 90.00
Far Clipping (FarZ) = 5000
