Expanding Immolation

i want to make a spell like the 1 for Meir Link in Anime Fight where he casts an ability,i think based off locust swarm,then pulses using the death coil exploding art making circles arnd the caster,wave after wave the pulses increase in AoE.....can any1 make tt spell???

oh i 4got to say that the circles enlarge per wave....is the spell like epicenter??? Cuz if it is i could make it but w/o the enlarging of the waves.
