Error when deleting ability

An error popped up when i deleted an ability from my map, saying "Not enough storage is available to process this command". I dont know how to solve this. Is this problem caused by the large filesize of my map because the filesize is 3.6MB (4MB is max. filesize for multiplayer maps) without optimizing? Anyone knows how to solve this?
