Dwarven Airship Themed Campaign

    Airship now uses ingame textures!

    since i couldn't find anyone to skin this i decided to use ingame textures, it is not FULLY animated, except for the propellers, I need someone who can make me an animated texture. I tried to make them spin by animating but it didn't work out so well, so, i've decided i need an animated texture. I also need someone who can do particle effects for the canons.

    anywho, here it is

    seriously, screw the propellers. they look bad. I know you've already got a bunch of models, but consider making a circular one with a huge ducted fan on the bottom. It'd be really simple- a big circle, a thick ring going down from it, with a huge propeller there.

    (ducted fan is like a propeller in a ring, ring doesn't move)

    Dwarf hows the airship going? I still don't have a clue about how to make the terrain without the airship :D.

    ok im back from vacation (sorry for not telling anyone i was going) and yes I am done both the airships and i have finished modelling and texturing the goblin hero, whos name is Nazrook Geargrind, I need him to have the paladin animations but i'm not sure how i'll do that.

    We don't have the airship yet so therefore can't make the terrain right now >.<. Also I'm thinking about making a cloud model and add it as a unit-critter that has the wonder ability. And the terrain texture of a sky - matching blizzard sky (bluish) too, we really need that :D.

    yeah the cloud idea is awesome, so is the ground texture one, By the way I accually have almost finished the airships. All I need is someone who is good with magos to make the propellers spin and the cannons give off flame when they shoot. I have started work on the flying version of Nazrook, it shouldn't take too long.

    This campaign really sounds intresting and original, I really hope you speed up work on it!

    I mentioned the ground texture being a sky, anyone here have the capability of making textures? This part is really important.

    You can use the skybox and alphaed terrain so that it look really like sky and not a skycarpet.The idea is from Rao dao zao.

    yah i was thinking that, but the skybox would need to be enlarged and a bottom added to it (the normal one dosen't have a bottom).

    I've been wondering if theres a way to give the skybox a bottom too(without the use of advanced modeling programs).

    I'm really liking the way this project is going, sounds like it will be interesting to play.

    Great job on Nazrook, I think he looks really cool with the way you did his head. Look like something from a movie with like mutants. And I like it that way. WEWT

    Alright if there is going to be progress on the level i am making i need someone to come up with two techtrees, A Dwarven one and a Goblin one, complete with units, heros, abilities, upgrades, Please post ideas here
