Positive Comments
[+] The general concept of the skin is great.
[+] Cool colour scheme.
[+] He has a very "Mutated" theme to him.
[+] Great use of Team Colour.
Negative Comments
[-] You need to give him very dark shading along those lines on his face. This will make the lines stand out a lot less.
[-] The shades on the parts of his cape that goes along his arms could have been darker and the highlights could have been brighter. Same goes for the areas on his arm, where you can see his skin.
Comments: This skin is great and deffinatley deserved the approval it got. Though a few minor adjustments could be made. This easily deserves a 4.5 in my book.
