download model help

hey i was wondering why a certain model dosn't work. it comes with the model and texture. it must work as it was approved in this site and it works for others. is it like maps, does it require a constant update so the new patches will support it or somthing. PLZ HELP

be sure you uploaded the texture to the right path...

Just like what adiktuz said, you must put the right custom path, you'll see the description where you downloaded the model, it must have the import path

If you can link us the model you want it could help us. Cause seeing someone who just say: ''Importing model doesn't work'' is too frequent. A recommendation about everything you post on Hive, be understandable and describe well what you want.

texture paths are different for each model... so be sure to follow the instructions on the download page...

try restarting the world editor?

if you already have the model which isnt working and saved it already, delete it first, then save and close wc3... then reimport using the correct method... because WE won't recognize the changes on the texture if you wont close it first...
