DotA Outland is a very old project of mine which was in development from 2003-2005. It has since been discontinued; and is an extremely buggy/imbalanced game. Please do not expect anything better of it.

The sequel to DotA Outland is called Rise of Winterchill, whose development ran from 2007-2014. It is done to a much higher standard, and includes many of Outland's best heroes; such as Mineslayer, Shadowdancer, Geomancer, Namek, Sivaz, Inflictor, Stan; along with many new ones. Check it out!

Im fixing a mistake here DotA is a good map if you know how to play it
not for myself but I know one of my friend met with many people and became friends with them and spent time with them (not online I mean umm friends in same region)
But people in Bnet just dont know how to play it
They troll each other, get angry etc

Here is a tip to everyone, NEVER judge a map after DotA since i dont think anyone ever in Warcraft 3s history will make a more popular AoS map then DotA.
Even blizzard suports DotA and only that says enough.
This map maybe is worse then dota but the reason can be that he havent putted as much effort into it then IceFrog & He havent developed it the same amount of time.
+ it was many years ago he worked on this if he doesnt lie.

I havent tested it myself yet but i sure will do.
And i will not compare it with DotA... if i did that i would always get the same result.

I just played this map and any decent aos map is a friend of mine. I have to say I like it especially that illusion guy. I can press W and click on an illusion and turn into him!!! Fun Fun!!! Anyway, for the try, I love dota as well THANK YOU for not making heros based off the dota ones that too many people try, because the thing that makes aos shine is there uniquness. 4/5 for the effort!
