Because it looks a bit like hack.
IceFrog only gives the map out for those who translate it in nativ languages or for an AI. In my mind the "-fun" mode doesn't sound like a translation or an AI.

We talked about this in the chat..
IceFrog allow AI maps to be hosted on other sites.
But your not allowed to change stuff in the map, only add AI, and this map contains custom content, right?
And you can share your DotA maps on DotAs site insted of here.
I think this map should be removed, not sure though.
