Werewulf: Skins like this are not going to be accepted, the shading is poor and the detail is horrible. The quality is very low, in other words dont use ms paint to do textures.

y u should add color man .... maybe try diffrent filetype
for my model i had a problem 2 : ther just wasnt a screeny .
So i changed filetype

This skin look even more 95 than Window95. He is either have amazing pixel art skill or color filter just give up on him.

Also what's wrong with the thumbnail?
