Sylvanas Windrunner's ability in Sanctum of Domination (Sylvanas fires several salvos of Domination Arrows at targeted locations, inflicting Shadow damage to enemies within 5 yards, then chains players to those that remain. These chains pull players inflicting Shadow damage every second and increasing the speed at which players are pulled by 35% until defeated. This effect stacks and removes Barbed Arrow from targets).
