[Trigger] Do you think this will cause problems or not?

add trigger to "something <gen>" unit comes withing range of triggering unit.


If you create like 1000 units in game, it creates event for everyone? and does it cause lagg then?

It will lag if you create a massive number of units throughout the game, but it's the only solution in GUI so you have no other choice in the matter.
 
If you are going to make a ton of units, probbably by loops you should add a small wait between each one so that the computers can handle it without nearly crashing.

  • Loop - Actions for 1 to 1000
  • Unit - Create some guy with some property
  • Wait - 0.01 seconds
That will give the computers some time to calculate your trigger its worth it if it avoids a ton of lag, even if you have to explain this to the players while they stare at a black screen for 10 seconds.
