You can resize a multiboard, yes. It must be resized cell-by-cell, although you can use a value of 0 for row/column to affect the entire row/column.

• Multiboard - Set the width for (Last created multiboard) item in column 1, row 2 to 10.00% of the total screen width

just like ruleronfiron mentioned, when you set the width for column 0, it will affect all columns (column 1, column 2, column 3, ...., column n) and when you set the width for row 0, it will affect all rows (row 1, row 2, row 3,...., row n),

when should i use leaderboard?

here is an explanation about Leaderboard, though i'm not sure when should we use it, since i never use a leaderboard.

i thought the 10.00% is for the size of the column, anyway, thanks guys

the 10.00 % will affect both columns and rows just like Microsoft Excel.

cell A1, is column 1 and row 1
cell A2, is column 1 and row 2
cell B1, is column 2 and row 1
cell B2, is column 2 and row 2
etc...

It's a table, like a chocolate splits. if u eat a row of chocolate you eat row A and in cells 1,2,3 and 4. So namely the numbers go from left to right and the alphabates go from A to Z from top to bottom.
