I need a statue model of this dictator, he should have a metal base with a golden body/head/feet. I want him to be saluting and walking just like in the picture, preferably use in-game textures or find another way to make it under 200kb.

UPDATE: His name is Augusto Pinochet But he's not what the statue is based off of, it's the posture and expression.
