Well this one comes from a highly published and avalibile to anyone with half a brain, if you guys have never heard of it then I feel pity and rage. The words may not be exact as I have not read it in english for a very long time, but the jist of it is there.

Toothless it bites
Invisible but felt
Whispers with no voice
Mover goes unseen
What am I?

icy air-
its freezing so it bites your skin
you cant see it but you can feel the temperature
moving air, creates noises (dont remember the exact explanation ,my phisics teacher wasent too broad about the subject)
and its air so you can see it.

You are being too specific. It is the wind, not air or a type of air, just the wind.

When the wind is cold it seems to "bite" (like you said)
It is not seen (invisible) but you can feel it across the skin
When it travels through the woods it "whispers"
Its movement can only be seen by what it moves
