Deleted Spells, please read

I deleted 2 spell maps, Weapon wielding and Telekinetic spells, it was because of using resources like icons and models without even crediting the authors, the rule is actually that you must even ASK permission to the authors before releasing an Open Source map that contains their resources. The author of the resources that were used on those maps complained and I deleted it.

For god's sake, don't use the spell section to upload models and icons that aren't yours without permission

I think some the 25(!) nova spells should be deleted.
