Background info:

Born of the cruelly tainted lands of Newerth, Deadwood is the undead husk of the first Keeper of the Forest. All around him, living things wilt, and he has little hesitation to destroy trees or use them as weapons. Despite seeking the destruction of Newerth, he still commands the incredible strength and natural powers of a forest guardian, thus combining the cruelty of the Hellbourne with the powers that once belonged only to the Beast Horde.

    Edit: oh got a model for the demented shaman. i'll use the witch doctor model but i'm not sure if it'll work

    Looks pretty cool! I don't know what Deadwood looks like, so I'm without bias there. The texture looks more like a rock covered in moss rather than a rotting tree, though. Maybe add more cracks in the skin and some leaves?

    I love it! I simply love it! ^^

    Though it looks more like something from Cthulhu Mythos to me. The green stone color and the weird face, along with the mysterious looking scythe... the onlt thing that needs to be changed is the lantern, maybe make it look more eldritch or something and this will be some sort of Herald of Cthulhu.

    I like it too. Similar to deadwood or not, it does looks good in-game, especially in the fellwood maps.

    The red lantern is good to match with green concept, but you should think of some other colors, experiment a bit. Also, the size of the skin can be reduced more, if you remove the original part of the Ancient unwrap via blacking it out, as it appears that it's not used in texture.
