Yes, i went through your gallery just the other day.
It seems you have a case of what i call "slant'titus"

Meaning your characters lean to a certain side due to not viewing the image as a whole and you focusing on a certain area. To fix this i suggest you rule up a straight line and follow it and use shapes and such to define the basic design of your character, it will help alot trust me.

another thing, i also suggest you start using lighting, atm the images are just flat. Try to roughly sketch a point or a circle in a certain area within your paper and remember that the light is coming from that circle and try to follow it and remember that limbs, armours, objects etc also cast shadows on the things that are under them or interfere with the light.

But i really like your armour and weapon designs.

Here is afew links on shading and such:

hehe actually thats my scanner not my hand, I draw perfectly vertical

It happens the worst on my High Elf Archer though, that one I know is slanted along with one or two others, and the scanner made it extremely worse.

and I would shade more, people get on me for that, but to be honest I'm not a hardcore shader, I don't really like shading that much =/ I do the basics, not the extremes
