Custom capturaple controll points that you can build towers off of similiar to WiP

I need a customized control point base made for my map, that is capturable by any color, and uses 100 lumber to create a tower. that has around 600hp and does 18 - 24 dmg, As well I also would like gates that are controllable. I do have a few models for the gates, the towers can be basic guard towers and ziggerauts.
