Crumbling of our favorite map sites

Here recently, for me at least, there has been many problems with websites that host the most popular of maps, such as Ring Wars, the DotA series, and War of the Jewels. This is quite disturbing, since i am 56k. Give me feed back and tell me if you guys have the same problems getting on these websites. The websites are www.rtsgames.com and www.wc3creations.com.The problems, by the way, are error pages and such.
