Countdown Timer/Model Importing

Help me with this. I dont get the timer.(also put the edit in the Levels topic)
I try to follow the model import but IT DOESN'T WORK! I ALWAYS TRY BUT IT STILL DOESN"T WORK!!
HOW DO I DO IT?
