Hello, this is my first warcraft-inspired model and my very FIRST post... hehe. He doesnt have a proper name yet (suggestions... anyone?), no animations and portrait as well but i have been working on it. BTW, He is composed of 1026 polygons. is that too much?

I think it is not proportioned well, as head looks fat, and nightelves dont have so fat heads. Also concept looks cool, and It would be good if you posted the wrap of texture (no need in blp, just in jpg) 1026 triangles Isn't much actually most heroes rule around that value. So it is not really an issue.

okay thanks!.. here's the texture and also a new pic of the model, with the head 'de-fattened'.

Like the people before me said, you need to give him some muscles. A bit in the arms, a bit on his calves, and a tad more in the chest. This model is quite good, it has a custom skin and everything.

The word "corrupted" dosen't describe this guy well. He just looks old and tired. Call him "Arch Druid" or something and add some green and such to the skin.
