[Trigger] Copying Triggers, Abilities, Units, and Buffs

Does anyone know a faster way to copy a large amount of units, abilities, buffs, and triggers from map A to map B than opening up map B opening map A and copying one trig/ability/unit/buff and then closing, pasting then opening again? >.<
