The Bresdra

Physical appearance:
The Bresdra are a terror to behold - their rotting bodies, their exposed bones, their missing limbs - all add to create a sight that has left them trusted by very few.

Significant people:
Breshna (The Queen of the Bresdra, her name literally means 'She who has rotted')
Sielta (The daughter of the greatest Bresdra sorcerer who ever lived, Fal ton Brea)
Bielto (The son of the greatest Bresdra sorcerer who ever lived, Fal ton Brea)

Lore:
For all the horror that the Bresdra represent, they were originally nothing more than Human sorcerers of great ambition. However, it is said that power corrupts, and so it did. In their arrogance they devised a spell to make themselves immortal. The spell succeeded, and they became immortal, but at cost. They found that while they could no longer die of natural means, their bodies still aged and rotted. Too late, they realised the curse from which they would forever suffer. Grimly they took the name Bresdra, or 'Rotting Ones'.
Distrusted by all races, the Bresdra have become bitter and, some say, evil.

The Kizat

Physical appearance:
It is incredibly difficult to describe the physical appearance of one of the Kizat. The most that can be said is that they share a similar body structure with some of Humanity, but due to their ability to change their appearance constantly (within bounds), it is impossible to describe their appearance any further.

Significant people:
Kizor (The Leader of the Kizat, he bears the name of all who have lead the Kizat in the past)
Bartor (Greatest sorcerer of the Kizat, which grants him authority second only to Kizor himself)
Bakror (The first of the Kizat to set foot on Oreliathor, and the son of Kizor. When Kizor finally passes away, Bakror shall cast away his name and take the name Kizor, marking him the leader of the Kizat)

Lore:
Former denizens of the dead planet Barteria, they were forced to flee when their planet left its orbit for unknown reasons and began to drift from their sun, lowering the temperature steadily and making life near impossible. Before long, few Kizat still lived. In desperation, Bartor, along with fifteen of the greatest sorcerers of the Kizat opened a rift to another world. So it was that the Kizat stepped on to Oreliathor.
Even five hundred years later, the Kizat are relatively few in number. Distrustful of Humankind, they are doing all they can to live life as possible on a world that has not welcomed them.
They consider the Rhadra nothing more than a fanciful fairy tale, and openly scorn those who disagree.

The Rhadra

Physical appearance:
The terrible Rhadra stand tall - far taller than most Humans despite their lineage. This is due to the fact that most Rhadra use magic to transform their bodies further from their originally Human state and making them a terrible sight to behold.
The Rhadra possess deep black skin, with red lines of pure energy running over their body. They are far more muscular than most Humans, and on their head sit deadly black horns.

Significant people:
Rha Oorel (Oorel's Curse) (While he shares no lineage with the Rhadra, he sits upon the black throne in Hel ta Hevena and commands them.
Ra Bist (Great Fool) (Formerly known as Storfrand)
Kor Shan (Kalus Forel) (One of the few Humans loyal to Rha Oorel, and the one sent by Rha Oorel as King Helda's advisor to bring Helda to his own side, banished to Hel ta Hevena along with his master)

Lore:
Although no Rhadra have been seen on Oreliathor since the banishing of Rha Oorel, their dark presence is still feared by some through stories passed down, while others see them as nothing more than stories to scare children in to being good.

Originally Human, the Rhadra were deformed beyond recognition when they cast the fateful spell that brought about evil on Oreliathor. Now they are imprisoned with their dark master, Rha Oorel, but they eagerly await the day they are freed once more to bring chaos to Oreliathor.

Hope you like em so far :)

Looking good so far  I look forward to seeing your 'patrons of the light' as these guys all seem a bit dark (assuming you are going to have some real goodies). Maybe you could introduce some kind of eldar race, it would give great potential for the lore you already posted. Maybe introduce some kind of real common race just to bulk your world out a bit, could be some kind of orc like creature or something, nothing special, nothing with real deep and extensive lore and histoy, just a bunch of people who will make oreliathor seem properly inhabited.
