Command Icon Importing Help?

Ive been working on a game for my clan, EotA, and i am having trouble importing icons for command buttons. They always show up as Black Squares in-game, how can I fix this problem?

Try replacing them in game interface, and convert them to blp's

and make sure they have an alpha channel.
