Im no Spell Maker but wouldnt you just>

Base Spell on Stormbolt.
Give it 100range, damage/stun duration to your liking.

When ability is cast put some triggers to temporarily increase heroes movement speed and maybe a cool animation.

Seems fairly straight forward

If you're talking about that I just modified Berserk and only gave it speed mod factor and no +dmgdealt +dmgtaken. So they run faster for X duration.

a charge spell like for a horse rider, makine him charge through multiple units. I think you would base it off Shockwave, change the projectile to the unit, and move the unit to the targeted spot, but it looks reall lame and the projectile dies when it ends. help make it look like the one in LOTR hero Siege. IN that game Theoden has it.

Was that specific enough?

I believe there was a decent charge spell that did not pause the caster itself. Was Vex I think that made it. Should be on the site.

Im sure this would work.

You just need triggers so he can walk through units.
