Hi everybody!

Could you please instruct me on how to modify a spell, the spell I want to modify is called raise dead:infl_thumbs_up: (the necromancer one) could you please explain to me step by step for example what files I need to extract from the .MPQ then how to change them......
So far I have succeeded in getting abilities.slk and a few other text files, I have modified them using the warcraft 3 spell editor by Lordred.:spell_breaker: I have made the modifications and they even show up in excel, I put them in the .mpq file in the units directory but it doesn't apply.
Thank you so much for your help you are a great community!

Edit: I want this modification to apply to all the maps in the game and I don't mind MPQ hacking

Hmm I'm not sure that it's a healthy way to change a spell of GAME ITSELF. Because it may cause troubles. And next, you use triggers to make your spells. Open World Editor and then enter to the trigger editor. There's where you make your spells. Not the MPQ hacking.

How can I do that? Is there really no way to modify for all the maps?
Is there any way to modify spells in the world editor?
I meant except editing them one by one!
