Cause the unit to have their damage decrease with value not %

I have a question here was making a spell call Enfeeble like the Atropos spell, it reduce the target base damage with value not the %. I found out that the Inner Fire can only reduce with %, can i change to value not %? Can anyone let me know where can i change % to value?

If there isn't a field that toggles b/t percent and value then you cannot use the spell inner fire to achieve it outside of using it as a buff.

You could create the effect by adding an item ability from claws of attack with a negative damage value to the enfeebled target.

pOke well before i was asking about the Inner Fire i had use the Claws of Attack Damage(COAD) before i works but when i cast it again on that unit the COAD just dissapear

the trigger is not MUI because of the wait. meaning if multiple uses of the spell is cast it wont work
