there is nothing stopping you from getting paid to make the map, but the map itself must not generate any revenue, or you break ToS and you can get sued by Blizzard

What exactly is it you want done?

The rules say the following:

Reprimand: Paid Services
- Money payments for modding services may be sanctioned by the staff.

However, I would like to be a trusted third party in case somebody wants to do a job with you bm123. This would work the following way:
1. You describe a task very thoroughly.
2. You send the money to me.
3. A user does the job.
4. You evaluate the job. If you think it is well done, the money is transferred. If you think the job is poorly done and the user disagrees, I will decide what happens.

I cannot sanction this otherwise.
