Can you cancel an action?

can you cancel an anction thats part of the trigger?

like if person buys X, increase Y skill by one and say "You have learned bah"

But if Y skill lvl is 5 and person buys again. DONT say "you have learned bah" and say "Your skill is at the amx lvl

(all one trigger)

thats the only way i though of explaining it. sry if it unclear please help.

Just add another if-then-else on your trigger.

if:
level of ability bah less than 5
then:
- Increase level of ability bah for triggering unit
- Display message: you have learned bla bla
else:
- Display message: your ability has reach max level.

yah, but when that happens it still displayers the 1st message as well as the 2nd message

Move the display message action like this picture, and don't forget to remove the wait action. Since you still use event response variable (buying unit), so wait action should not there.
