> No, it is impossible, a file that is past the recycle bin is deleted from your computer permenantly.
Actually not much changes after deleting something from the recycle bin...the data is still there, windows just marks it as hidden and waits for something else to take its place.

...it wouldn't make the real difference. The file is "gone" when you put something else on its place. Of course by this I don't mean in the folder it was in, I mean the actual sector on the partition. Most likely it would happen whatever you write to that partition so its probably already over.
And even if it wasn't - recovering is usually more painful than recreating the map itself.
To put it simple: it might be possible to recover the map, but unless you really care about it (well would you really delete it if you do?) just go for recreation.

FOR GODS SAKE SHUTUP.

now, files CAN be recovered once they are deleted from the recycle bin, from what my father told me they are overwritten with 00000000's(so they dont take up space) and then placed as hidden.
A recovery tool reverises the effect of the 0000's and places it as "un-hidden"
The more time you waste trying to look at this site, the more of a chance you want get the file.

Google "file recovery program download" then find one you CAN understand and use it before your file is overwritten.

And you CAN recover any file type from what i know, my father has recovered several of my files such as music, zips and softwares, but if you cant recover wc3 map files, then sorry to say you are stuffed.

and from what i know you can only reverse your system back IF you save it before you do something stupid or bad.

Read my post? No? Too bad...
Once you install the program the data is most likely ALREADY REWRITTEN! Recovering data isn't just clicking a button, its a more delicate procedure. There is a reason why a warning comes up when you try to empty the recycle bin...
