I made this Icon for one of Norinrad's models as well (Rock Elemental), seeing as I'll use it in my campaign.
(I hope the guy doesn't get mad at me for making Icons of his models).

Might be helpful if you write the link for the skin of your icon 8) So here he is :

Maybe you will be better fix your Icon, the upper half of the icon is only dark, just put it more up ...
And also make it more Elemental, cause it´s a Rock Elemental. So take a look here:
