You used filters for that lightning... didn't you? Actually not filter... I think it's called ''Add lightning'' or something like that... but that's also a filter

It doesn't look like lightening at all and the sword, I believe, is a screenshot of the footman's sword.

I thought lighting gave out more glow, and yes, I agree with Hawkwing, it looks like a footman's sword with lighting added.
