enjoy: Nice idea. But it is overall very rough. Make blend it out alittle or something. Also the man looks alittle funny, so maybe look at a tutorial to fix his shape. Also, make the shield of ice itself more transparents and shiny.

Haha, no, the ice effect is cool but I agree with -BerZeKeR-, it could become a very nice icon if you'd remake the guy and maybe some parts of the shield as well. I can't really say what's wrong though, but maybe the guy could be taller. The shield itself looks like two nuances of blue just put together.
