Needs more definition.
The main figure should stand out from the bg more.
The whole icon is kinda overcontrasted.
The red effect looks like a red solid blob.
I suggest u to define the whole icon better, using shading/a richer tonality, to balance the contrast.
I also advise u to work more accurately.
