And your point is? There is a lot of recoloring and a well done face. I wouldn't have a problem with using this.

it still counts as cnp. Even alittle tiny thing from wc3 (I think) couts as it, and its not self made.

It's for a skin.. we can have recolors/cnp/screenshots for models/skins we submit.

all my sword icons were deleted, I made them recolocored and had a cnp. And what? they got deleted.

Fitting icons don't have to be any freehand.

I think it is good ... Yes,there is some recolor,but,hey!Look at the bright side ... It can match with the drenei skin,and you can't make a perfect icon!There shouldn't be ANY details,because the skin looks like it and I can't make anything different ...
