This looks kind of blurry and the beast mouth looks very out of place there, maybe it would be better if you put the mouth between the handle and the blade, but the rest looks nice.

The axe itself isn't in-tacked with the handle, everything is all mixed together. Also, the shading is rather messy and misshapen-ed, clean that up as well.
