Humans vs Zombies: Braindead

Map Info:

An multiplayer survival build-base map created for 11 players. Playable with minimum of two.
There are two teams against each other: max 10 humans and 1 Undead.
Undead must destroy all humans before they get strong and destroy him. Humans are too weak to own undead, so only chance how to win against him is make a base as defense, don't let zombies in and then get strong.

Terrain and site choose:
In start of the map, host setting a favorite terrain.
After this players choosing their sites. They have two options, be human or Undead. If nobody want to be undead, someone will be chosen by computer.
Host can choose from four terrains:
Lordaeron summer
Barrens
Lordaeron winter
Sunken ruins
Black Citadel
Felwood

Human:
Starting with basic builder: John. This unit must not be killed, or his owner is instantly defeated.
Every player need to find good place where to build defense against zombies.
In any time game, humans can upgrade strength of his Combat units and destroy undead main building with them. If it falls, all human team wins the game.

Zombies:
Must destroy humans before they destroy him. He using zombies as main combat units to attack them and feed from them. Every damage to the human units is feed. (+gold to undead)
Zombies wins when are all human units dead.

Map is fully playable with any players (required is minimum of 1 Undead and 1 Human). Anyway, best way is to play it with 6+ players, more interesting. The bad thing about lot of players in this map is they are usually noobs so they feeding undead. Big feed = usually fast defeat for every player.
So the middle way is to play with 6 players. There is not such a feed like with full house
and you prevent game lagging.

Human death:
After human dyed, he can still play as mini-hero (human) sellected by computer or as Mini Lord (Undead site). This time player after-death site is set by computer.

Human mini-heroes:
Mini-heroes are after-death heroes that helping Human site. They have 4 basic hero skills used to help humans, damage undead or help self to survive and one secondary skill used to teleporting around the map.
Mini.heroes also getting lumber that can be spent in Altar to buy items or be send to another player (human) for help.

Mini Lords:
Mini Lords are after-death heroes that helping Undead site. They have 4 basic hero skills used to defeat humans and one secondary skill: Poison that slows enemy turn speed and takes some damage.
Mini Lords getting gold too. Gold can be spent in Zombie shops or by send to Undead player also for help.

Altar:
Altar is building where mini-heroes can be revived and where they are invulnerable as long as they stay around it. This structure is used as a shop too.

Gold:
-Undead: Gold is primary material of undead player. He uses it to upgrade zombie level or buy items. Can be get by attacking to human units.
-Human: Gold is secondary material of human players. They can use it to train bandits, upgrade bandit stats or train/upgrade heroes. Human getting +1 gold every dyed zombie. Also can be purchased in Gold trade.

Lumber:
-Undead: Lumber is secondary material of undead player, used for train special zombies. Undead getting +1 lumber every second and +1 lumber every attack.
-Human: Lumber is primary material of Human players, used for build all structures. Can be harvested from trees. Also can be purchased in Lumber trade.

Features:

Human:
-has basic unit that must not die. If dies, player is instantly defeated.
-has defensive buildings against undead like Walls.
-has offensive buildings like Towers and Special Towers.
-has strategy buildings: Farm, Animals for food, Wood cutters.
-has offensive units: Bandits, Heroes

Undead:
-has zombies units, basic combat units used to feed and destroy humans.
-has special undead units, used for overwhelm and help zombies to defeat humans.
-has feed ability system: damage = gold
-has different undead heroes
-has items for zombies

Terrain:
-random terrain is made in start of every game. (trees, textures)
-this map using four types of environment
-cliffs can also be used for effective base

Gameplay:
-this map is very about strategy and speed. Every player is different player.

Some else stuff about map:
Map is created only for Multiplayer. But I am planning to make "Undead computer".

    I like your map. This map should have chance to get approved but you need to improved your description and get inspired from description expert. The screenshots/videos is important. I know you are lazy to put the screenshots or add the videos. I also lazy about that. :smile:

    The terrain itself is created randomally, same for trees. Right now my priority is gameplay and balance :)

    EDIT: Orcnet that would be great, i am not very good in english and i just need to fix the grammar :D

    EDIT2: This version is fully playable with any players so you can check it out, best way is play it with players (no AI yet) on Garena or Battle.net. Next version will be after some new ideas from your site. :)

    tested v1.5c and now you improved all buggy works for v1.14, anyways seen the improvement and useful for players online or lan, good luck with the updates, by the way please show all of your change logs that way users who are playing the game in old versions can relate to the new changes :)

    How about a button for the workers to suicide?
    It's super tedious to manually kill all level 2 workers if you are upgrading.

    Well good idea, but I am not sure about balance. For example, Wood cutter 6 has 180? hitpoints. So its -180 feed every Wood cutter for undead when he get inside of any player base...
    Anyway, i will think about that.

    how exactly to win against the undead

    the price for human are too high, or too slow on harvesting tree because
    the undead get resources too fast

    and paladin sucks have no firepower + no hp , price for items ridiculously high how do you expect paladin get wood, trade with living human ? they barely have lumber too spare coz undead upgrade the zombies too fast

    Meanwhile, minilord have lots of resources , level, and damage + HP
    plus have skill like carrion swarm that damage building and unit especialy main human builder, the blizzard like spell that only damage building is okay but still high imo. 1 mini lord > average 4 paladin which render paladin useless

    in many case , i only need to upgrade zombies at ~ unit = insta win

    suggestion:
    -speed up human resources or
    -lower undead resource and mini lord level or
    -buff up paladin to match mini lord or
    -remove carion swarm like (too imba or put it on higher level)
    -lower human price or
    -raise undead price or
    -buff up main human worker
    -greatly decrease zombi attack speed

    @assasnater simple, just disable the suicide button if enemy zombies get near

    @alelil first off, build towers. don't let the zombies take free hits while you repair.
    second, build only what's necessary, dont go overboard with the walls and dont wall when you dont have to, use the terrain (cliffs, trees etc)
    also position yourself far from the center, when the zombies start spawning they automatically go to the nearest enemy, which shouldnt be you.
    I usually have 6-8 level 1 workers by the time zombies spawn, and when they start bringing out blues i have level 2 workers already.
    Focus on level 3 basic towers until you can get watchtower 7k upgrade chain lightning tower or whatevs its called.
    Really this game is too imba for humans the moment i got one of those towers the undead cant even touch me, and once he got like 10 golems i had like 5 of those towers + 5 holy light towers behind them, not to mention the level 4 walls + the 3 repairers behind them. Undead are weak, i honestly suggest lowering the price for their weapons

    EDIT: i agree about the carrion swarm tho, 2 swarms and main human is dead, too unfair since you practically have NO protection, cept a healer but even that is too slow faced against 3-4 swarms. Make the main human magic immune atleast

    after a few game, finally i can set my base right
    it turns out, the game quite balance except for mini lord spell if cast at the same time which an insta kill for human

    i have found level up button for paladin which make paladin dependable to repel undead and some mini lord

    Mini Lords can not damage or kill organic units, only buildings.
    Paladins and Mini Lords are almost same strong, mini lord is little big stronger because of human bases. Paladin has (from level 20) very strong ability.

    Suggestion

    -Use some custom models
    -Change the food limit at the begining of the game from 2 to 4
    -Make more units, specially for the undeads ( only zombies??:vw_wtf:)
    -Make more heroes
    -Decrease the build time of walls and gate
    -Make 2 barracks for humans [1 melee barrack, 1 range barrack]
    -Make more items
    -Add some sounds, for examples: When the survivors dies, will be heard "Your soul is mine!" or "Die!" or "Let terror reign!"etc...
    -Use skin :thumbs_up:
    -Make custom spells
    -Improve the terrain.

    BTW this games is popular on my b.net, keep updating :goblin_good_job:

    Game ends with defeat when a player leaves/disconnects before the map is selected.
