Black arrow conversion?

can anyone tell me if its possible to have the black arrow darkness affect around a blade when activated instead of arrow? If so please explain how as simple as possible.

This is about model ,not a spell. U have to add the Particle Emitter from the arrow to a sword.

Ah he ment changing the model... well then maybe this should be in models section but whatever, but when black arrows are actived I can't see any change on the hero, just the projectile art. :?

well i dunno anything im a newb how do i change the "particle emmiter" cuz my friends wants his sword to have the effect soon...i have a map to relese!
