Hello.Btw i sorry for my engilsh(may not be perfect). I want to build that wall what is shown on the screen. Where can i find it ? In dodoads? Or i must edit something? Please help!

Yes you can find them in the Doodads palette.If you want to increase their size that is located in the Object Editor and probably (not sure exactly ) under `Art - Scaling Value` or something.
If you want them to be buildable in game in such a dynamic fashion you might need to make the wall unit an invisible but collideable (can be selected) and unpathable (cannot walk through) unit with the wall models being untargetable dummy units that are placed by triggers for good consistent linking.
