Bandit Hero - My first skin

Hey Guys!

Currently I work on a Bandit Map
Therefore I looked for a Bandit Hero [ teamcolored ] here, but didn't find one.
The result was a selfmade Arthas Skin, my first skin.
Now I was wondering if I should upload it?

Please comment and keep in mind that this is my first skin.

It's leather, I thought leather fits bandits most

Looks really nice for a first skin. As zolga says, remove the book as it doesnt match a bandit.

Maybe you can change the book to something different, ( i don't exactly know how the spell animation looks like) but fore example you could do a magic box or stone plate with magical runes on it, that he found somewhere. That would maybe better fit a bandit lord!

By the way, the leather amour is very well done, I think!

1. I didn't recolered it, just used the same lines of his armor.
Why is my skin unaceptable and his "http://www.hiveworkshop.com/forums/skins-552/royalguard-61338/?prev=search%3Darthas%26d%3Dlist%26r%3D20" approved? I don't want to say that my skin ist better....( It's the same Mod "THE_END: Such a cool new armor design, its cooooool" )

My critique on this skin is that it looks way to similar to Arthas skin though, and could use some more variation and creativity on the clothes/armour that would fit on the Bandit theme. Look for some references on the internet for inspirations and experiment a bit.
Weapon looks decent though.

Looks nice, though it's eyes strike me as odd - It seems like its WAY too interested in what your saying (either that or he tried to pull off the trick where you paint open eyes on your eyelids so it looks like your awake when your asleep).

Looking at the skin I don't think thats under your control - other then that it looks fine

I started again, now without the original lines of the skin and began with some boots.

Try not to over rely on filters/textures so much. They should only ever be used to complement the freehand work. The new boots are a start in a better direction.

You could make the book look like some sort of a flat treasure chest that he opens to release some magic in the spell animation.

i thik it would look more like a bandit with some facial hair. Bandits arent five-a-clock shadow guys they have beards and im not sure why he would have silver outlinings if he is wearing leather clothing
