Aura of Increased Spell Damage

Hi,

I want to create a tower in my TD that increases the damage and spell damage of all towers within a range.

What is the best plan to do this?
Is there wa way to detect if a Unit is hit by a specific spell?

Is it the best plan to create increased versions of the spells and change the abilites of the towers when the tower that increases damage is build and reset them when it leaves game ?

Or any other idea how i can do that?
Use Banish ?

2 ways I can think of

1:

Make your normal towers have abilities on level 1. when you place the tower, all towers around get their abilities level +1

2:

Make a tower that decreases monsters spell immunity around. Just pick them all and add negative Elune's Grace ability, preferably hidden in a spellbook

That Elunes Grace Thing was what I was looking for.
Increasing Level wont work, because I am already using 10 Level of each ability ^^
