OWW well this is hard really
First Way
Umm you need a custom ability system and too much things
Well if you are trying to do it without a custom ability system I suggest you to quit. I dont know one but I saw one times ago used in a invertory system anyway
Second Way
Find a damage detection system. Then someone is attacked do damage etc etc etc. Well but you wont be able to see "+ bonus"

There are custom ability systems that can give you custom "+" damage actually

Theres the TrueShot aura. Its an aura that provides additional damage for ranged units only. I'm not sure if thats changeable.

You can change that, but it wouldn't be specific to each units' attributes. If you want to change the raw damage, you're going to need a Blades of attack with ~100 levels, maybe more or less depending on how high your attributes go. Have each level add +1 more damage. Then, every 1 seconds, pick every unit with the aura buff, and then set their ability level accordingly.

Matter of fact having negative strength makes some very interesting results. The hero will die. When you bring the hero back to life, it will be unkillable. The trigger action 'kill' will have no effect. It will still be attackable however it won't die. I know because on some RPs they allow you to set the strength. You can say 'set str -50'. Thats how I first observed the affect.
