I use MSN and Yahoo, but not XFire. I heard you could use it for games such as World of Warcraft and Counterstrike, but what is it?

Basicly: Think of an ingame msn and it records your game hours.

You also can record stuff with it (like fraps), broadcast (streaming) and off course take ingame screenshots.

But there are also other features.

It's similar to steam, just not nearly as good imo. I have an account, but never use it.

XFire is better than steam. Well.. I think that. You can also download free games from XFire, games like Wolfenstein: Enemy Territory, America's Army and a free F.E.A.R multiplayer game. And moore. I don't think steam allows this.
