All about lag?

    Do you think it will be lag if a multi-player map uses camera lock system with auto-rotation?

    No as it generates no network traffic to rotate cameras or lock them.

    It will only cause lag if it is in such an orientation that some of the players can not keepup with the amount of work needed to render those angles and do all background tasks.

    Alone hardly likely since camera is asynchronous and therefore creates no net traffic.

    If you mean fps dropping, I doubt it too. That's used in many maps but you should avoid setting the perspective too flat or zoom too wide, so the game won't render much of the map at the same time.
